The one thing a visit to the MyStake guide records

No sign-up, form, advert or analytics script stands between you and this guide. A visit creates one kind of data only: the request your browser sends, which passes through Cloudflare and is kept in the server’s log for 14 days.

Who is answerable for your data?

MyStake Sister Sites is the data controller, which under UK GDPR means it answers for any personal data the site handles. Questions or requests about your data go to info@mystakesistersites.co.uk.

What does a page request leave behind?

For each page request the hosting server writes a line to its access log: your IP address, the date and time, the request line, the response status, the bytes sent, the page you came from (if your browser says) and your browser’s user agent. The pages carry no advertising, analytics or profiling code.

Who delivers the pages to your browser?

Every visit passes through Cloudflare, Inc., which carries this guide’s pages to you and screens out abusive traffic. Cloudflare handles your IP address and request details as a processor for MyStake Sister Sites, under its Data Processing Addendum; its own privacy notice explains how it treats traffic on its network.

How long are the logs kept, and why?

A fresh log starts every day and each old one is deleted after 14 days. Logs keep the site running and secure, so faults, floods of automated traffic and attacks can be traced; UK GDPR counts that as a legitimate interest. They’re never sold or used for marketing.

Does the guide store anything in your browser?

The guide sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser’s local storage. The family tree remembers your chosen casino only while the page is open; reload and the choice is gone.

Where do the typefaces, pictures and links lead?

The two typefaces and the casino logos come from the server that hosts this guide; a page view reaches no font service, tracking network or casino. Casino names appear with their web addresses as plain text, never as links. Links to the Curaçao regulator, news reports and support services open in a new tab, where their privacy practices apply, not this notice.

What can you ask to see or erase?

You can ask for a copy of the log lines about you, or for them to be corrected, erased or no longer kept. Write to info@mystakesistersites.co.uk with the date, roughly when you visited and your IP address; after 14 days there’s nothing left to find. Unresolved complaints go to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
